Operations & Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities include:

Involved in operations of Wasi.lk and ensure that orders are processed smoothly.

Deal with suppliers/courier companies and ensure the pick-up and delivery is done on time.

Visit Suppliers if and when needed.

Attend to customer calls, inquiries and reply in a timely manner. Build up a good relationship

with customers.

Update products and other details in the website regularly.

Support other departments and staff when needed and requested.

Advance user proficiency with computers.

Ability to work efficiently, independently and in a high pressure environment

Capable of dealing with suppliers, handling invoicing and other routine functions

Language proficiency in English and Sinhala is essential, Tamil is a plus.
QuaIifications/Experience:

1-2 years similar experience

School leavers and university graduates welcome to apply (For internship roles)
