Job reguirements

1-2 years’ experience in similar role in a five-star hotel / restaurant environment

Possesses good planning, organizing and decision-making skills.

Knowledgeable in menu creation and its consistent production.

Able to conduct trainings to apprentice chefs, line cooks and other staff.

Understands food cost control, food hygiene and safety requirements.

Able to lead by example with strong management skills to foster team work and

contribute to the financial success of the company.

Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English whilst able to work in a
busy environment with a positive attitude.
