We are looking For a young and energetic individual who
is looking for a training opportunity in Human Resources
as an intern with subsequent career growth dependent on
progress made and positive attributes. The initial training
will be for a period of 06 months.

0 Duties and Responsibilities

Assist, learn, understand and be involved in HR planning, recruitment and selection, placement. induction, performance

management and all other HR Functions under the HR staff

Preparation of reports on a regular basis, mainzain employee benefit administration such as leave records, insurance,

medical, transport, welfare activities and actively participating in organising company events and all training and
development activities.

Assist in administrative matters.

0 Qualifications

G’aduaterrdergraduate from a recognised university or institute specialising in HR.

Preferably age below 24 “years.

Goo-d computer IiteracyiMS Office].

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command and skills in Sinhala and English-

Preference will be given to candidates who live in close proximity to the institute.
