Job Role:
[2] Responsible to maintain & update the HRIS and employee life cycle in the system.
[21 Carry out the end to end process ofTaIent Acquisition.
El Engage in assisting and developing competitive talent intelligence.
21 Engage in employee branding activities.
[2] Maintain the required MIS reports related to HR & Payroll.
[2] Ensure to maintain a smooth Employee Exit Process and Resignation Process.
[21 Maintaining the role of HR Generalist.
Qualifications and Experiences:
[21 Should posses a Degree/ Professional Qualification in HR or similar qualification
[21 Proven expertise as HR Generalist
[21 Minimum 1-2 year experience in similar capacity
[21 Should be highly result and target orient and ability work with minimal supervision
[21 Excellent interpersonal, planning, prioritizing, and problem solving skills
iZi Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
El High Level of computer literacy
