Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new
enterprise accounts in addition to managing the customer relationship. The Business
Development Executive will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support the
client’s strategic initiatives. Your focus will be generating revenue, promoted through
customervisits,phoneandemail.
Job Responsibilities
0 Responsible for performing all aspects of Business Development
0 Proven ability to close deals
0 Establishing and maintaining new client relationships and Teaming Partner relationships
0 Conduct client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations
Responsible for driving revenues from go-to-market solutions identified as a good fit for
their account portfolio
0 Build and manage account plan for targeted accounts
Experience & Qualifications
0 Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing
business
1+ years of sales experience
0 Prior experience in selling HR Solutions and Training Solutions
Track record of interacting and building relationships with client contacts
0 Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
0 Full or partly qualified SLIM / NDSM / CIM or Bachelor’s Degree on Sales & Marketing
Ability to travel as needed
