and commitment to work in a challenging corporate envrronment and fill the position of Assistant Foo
and Beverage Manager.
The Elephant Corridor is a luxury boutique hotel (A member of sierra Leisure) located in Sigiriya. We
invite dynamic individuals to join us.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
CI Minimum 3 years previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage a?
Manager 7
CI Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
CI Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiency
CI Ability to manage, mentor and train staff to ensure the correct level of
delivery of service to guests
CI Strong knowledge of food and its preparations, trends and competition 1
CI Strong knowledge of wines, liquor, beers and cocktails
CI Strong knowledge of styles of service such as ala carte, buffet, casual 1.
dining, and fine dining
CI Fluent in English, spoken and written
